7 Inspiring Self-Improvement Podcasts for Women
If I can find a good book that teaches me anything from improving my mindset, to productivity, to being more organised, then it’s going on my reading list. But, as brilliant as reading is, who has time for it anymore? That’s why I turned to self-improvement podcasts.
The best motivational podcasts, for me anyway, directly address issues surrounding self-improvement. From building your dream life, to self-help programs for mental illness, to financial freedom, everyone needs help somewhere. That’s why the best podcasts for me may be different from yours. Yet, there’s no harm in a little education…
There are some really inspirational podcasts for women to help you develop as a girl boss and into the best version of you! And here are some of my favourites.
My Favourite Self-Improvement Podcasts

Manifestation Babe
Manifestation Babe is your daily sip of personal development for all things manifesting, mindset & money. That’s how Kathrin Zenkina describes her podcast and I couldn’t agree more.
Behind the pretty picture Kathrin paints, I personally love the rawness of this podcast. It’s about getting real with yourself. I’m also a big believer in the law of attraction which, as you can tell from the name of the show, is a key component of Manifestation Babe.

The Rachel Cruze Show
With the rise of debt and many young people finding themselves financially trapped, a podcast to cover those topics was prime for my reading list. Now, I can learn about the journey to financial freedom whilst walking to class!
The self-titled show from Rachel Cruze, an American author who specialises on the subject of personal finance, focuses on making money fun, not stressful. She preaches about taking control of your money to create a life you love.

The Connection Club
Unpack the greatest connection you can ever make – the connection to yourself. The Connection Club is about igniting the power within you and how you can share it with others.
The voice behind The Connection Club is Katie Wren, an advocate for the power of community. Katie’s podcasts helped me realise it’s okay to ask for help, well, more than okay. It’s one of the most inspirational podcasts for me!

Design your Dream Life
This podcast is for women who want to reignite their lives. For women who want more fulfilment, more money, and more freedom. If you want to accomplish impossible goals, master your mindset, make more money, or build an online business, Natalie Bacon and I say this is for you!
There’s no way a podcast called “Design your Dream Life” could be left off of my favourite self-improvement podcasts! This podcast covers literally everything you could possibly need to get motivated.

The Chasing Joy Podcast
When Georgie Morley talks, people listen. Through her own struggles with an eating disorder, depression, and bipolar ll, Morley guides listeners as they take a look at their own spirituality on The Chasing Joy Podcast.
She explores a new topic each week related to spirituality, wellness, and personal growth. Her hope? That you leave each episode feeling more joyful, energetic, and focused on your journey.

No More Excuses: Monday Motivation
It’s no mystery that the trend is to dread Mondays. Nobody looks forward to a full work week ahead of them before they get another chance to lay back, relax, and actually do some of the things they do enjoy.
But imagine how much better our weeks would be if we were actually motivated for them instead of dreading them.
This is exactly what the “No More Excuses” podcast is all about. Sandi Ballard helps motivate people for their upcoming weeks, encourages people to be more accountable for their lives, and provides helpful self-improvement tips that we can all take action on.

The Recovery Warrior
Think of The Recovery Warrior Show as your monthly dose of motivation and inspiration to help guide you through the recovery process from an eating disorder. Host Jessica Flint interviews eating disorder recovery warriors and treatment experts to get their take on how you can begin to heal your relationship with food and your body.
